Staff are really kind and friendly, pharmacist offered professional guidance/advice based on prescriptions. Service was quick and easy, very efficient! Most other pharmacys always seem to run low on stock or take ages to dispense resulting in more than one trip. At Whitley Bay Pharmacy not only does the care/advice seem far better than other local pharmacys but it was efficient in dispensing too.

I just recently switched to this chemist and wish I'd discovered them years ago! I've honestly never come across a chemist as efficient and friendly as this one. I have a disability and get my medication delivered...the driver is lovely...so cheerful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for this chemist and there's always a friendly voice when you ring. So...if you're looking for a chemist for any reason, I strongly recommend this one!

This independent chemist outshines every other chemist. Friendly, efficient, helpful and delivery of medication is the same. Never wrote a review before anyone who uses a chemist should dump the rest and use this one. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do
