        Always seems to be a problem, always a bit difficult. Their main job is to dispense prescriptions, the fact that you want them to do that seems to take them by surprise.

        My wife left her toilet bag containing essential prescribed medication at home in Kent. Our medical practice was , as usual, pretty useless. 111 on line + the pharmacist at Boots, Whitley Lodge, could not be faulted. Thank you for wonderful supportive service. Geoff Young.
