The wait time for medication can sometimes take a while, but given it's only a small pharmacy with large client base it's to be expected. Very friendly staff very professional

I've been going to this pharmacy for years to get my repeat prescription, the staff are always pleasant and helpful... But i went in the 30/6/21 with my dog, and may i add I've been in many times with my dog and it's never been an issues. But i heard a male voice shout over his screen "no dogs", then again within seconds shouted " no dogs". I replied I'm here to see if my repeat prescription is here, he then inturn said wait outside and i get someone to come out. So i did, now if he just said excuse me sir no dogs are allowed but he was rude and arrogant. He was the owner of the pharmacy, i thnk he needs lesson in how to be a Human, because I don't expect to be spoken to the way he did...so I won't be going there again. If he would like lesson how to talk to people, please message me, manners cost nothing. My prescriptions won't be going there again.

Visited on a errand for someone else. Gentleman who served me was very pleasant but I was infuriated by the horrendous attitude of, who I suspect, was the pharmacist; unnecessarily patronising and condescending and I left feeling a cross between a very naughty boy and an idiot.
