Absolutely terrible!!! Walked our dog with no issues whatsoever for the past 16 months - all their dog walkers gave reports of how they loved our dog and then out of the blue they have said they can no longer walk him with less than 24 hours notice on a Sunday, (they didnt actually contact us - we rang last week & they didnt answer, it was only today when we messaged them that they told us so they dont even have the decency to let you know or give you chance to try & arrange another a dog walker - so much about caring for your dog!) The company was sold off & split up and its obviously not working now! Disgusting customer service & no care whatsoever for your pet! Please avoid if you want a reliable service!

Used twice first time was okay second time awful. I must add I never had any dealing with Alison herself just her staff but treatment of our doggy baby and our home was an absolute disgrace. And the money it's cost us in vets bills and to get floor repair Just in relation to Alison reply : Our contract was with Alison and Tegan was working under the CCC umbrella. Alison offered us the money to repair the flooring and for the unessary vet bills that occurred due to our babies treatment! We never replied as my husband told you we didn't want your money just reporting bad service when asked for a review to make sure this didn't happen to anyone else. Our dog had a full health check (normal yearly MOT) on 13th May we had the miss fortune of dealing with CCC between 25th May to 1st June and had to take her to Vets twice once for made up dental issues tegan identified there wasnt any and next was 14th as so concerned as our labrador still wasn't eating and something heavy was clearly dropped on floor as chipped. New LVT Floor was fitted in March no marks before our holiday. Also the pyscho that Alison sent to my house not only had it in a filthy state she turned up at my elderly Mother's house who is a full time carer at 10pm in night for no reason!!!! Alison agreed that it was unacceptable and let her go. So I think the reply Alison has done on here is an absolute joke.
