Catherine is a patient, dedicated, very knowledgeable and general all round sweet, lovely personal trainer. I look forward to my sessions, not just for the excellent fitness program that was expertly tailored my goals (strength, toning and a push up!) but the nutrition advice and organisation she brings into my life. She is always at the end of a whats app to motivate me or congratulate me when I excitedly tell her I didnt buy the biscuits, or I did 10 squats while the kettle was boiling at home! Catherine knows her stuff! From physiology and anatomy, to nutrition and self care, she continues to endlessly research and study, to give the best advice and always ensure your safety. Her gym is well equipped, and she continues to amaze me with different exercises and uses for equipment so that you never get bored, and workouts are never repetitive. Ten out of ten stars for Rightway Fitness, I am fitter and stronger than Ive ever been and Im in my 50s! Thank you Catherine, life saver!

Since starting the sessions with Catherine my confidence and enjoyment of exercising has gone up so much compared to how I used to work out. The focus on technique combined with the variation of work outs has introduced me to so many different routines that I have the belief in being able to do safely and technically correct on my own in a gym environment. 2 years ago I never would have attempted a dead lift or any gymnastic moves and now I look forward to learning something new each week be it an improvement in technique, a new lift or being pushed further than I thought I could whilst having the positive encouragement needed and making each work out fun. Looking forward to the next session already.
