    I've been training with Ben for two years now and it has completely transformed the way I feel about fitness, strength training and my own body. I had planned to train for a few months to 'get me started' with weight training, but now I've seen and experienced so many benefits - both mental and physical, that I have continued with going every week. Ben's approach is relaxed, informative and supportive, which is perfect for me as I was quite anxious about going at first. Now I feel so much more confident, as well as fit and strong, it has become an integral part of my self-care and fitness routine. I cannot recommend PT with BC highly enough .

    I have recently finished nearly 18 months of training with Ben as I am currently 6 months pregnant. Ben has helped me be as fit and healthy as possible for my pregnancy and since working with him I lost almost 4 stone and am more confident, healthier and happier. Ben is encouraging, supportive, completely non-judgmental and we spent many sessions laughing! I have loved my training, and found the confidence and knowledge to work out on my own in the free weights section of the gym! I cannot recommend Ben highly enough
