        I Joined Sean Armstrong fitness after a 30 day trial in January to help improve both my mental and physical wellbeing . Really impressed from meeting Sean, Scott and Martin on day one, Nice warm friendly welcome from every one, good facilities coupled with great coaching from Scott Martin and Sean designed to help you get the best out of every session but also have some fun This is no ordinary gym its more of a family of like minded people No Ego's and No Mirrors! Im really pleased that i have joined such a good facility .

        The gym has a fabulous atmosphere and the instructors are very knowledgeable and always keeping me right with the exercises. I feel so much stronger in just 2 months. Fantastic.

        I have been going to Sean Armstrong fitness for just over a year now. The personal training has been excellent. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive and run fantastic sessions. It is not the cheapest but, in view of the support and encouragement that Sean, Martin and Scott give, it's good value. The other members are friendly and make you feel very welcome

        What a great experience! Just finished a 30 day trial at Sean Armstrong Fitness. A tailored programme of exercises and the attentive personalised instruction is a great combination. particularly useful if, like me, you are getting back into the gym after a long break. Very knowledgeable instructors and a great manner with all clients. Would highly recommend.

        I started my one-month trial in February and by the second week I knew that I'd be taking out membership. This despite being firmly in the 'gyms not for me' camp. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive and the other members are a really friendly bunch. The small group sessions, with a maximum of 6 people to one trainer, are great for building confidence. I had never done weight training before but I can see the progress I'm making and am definitely beginning to feel stronger. Sean, Scott and Martin - you deserve a medal for putting up with me. Best thing I ever did.
