Before I started with Michael, I had little to no knowledge on training or nutrition and was very unmotivated, after biting the bullet I made the jump to sign up with Michael and start 1-2-1 with him, since the week I started with him I have slowly but surely gained all the knowledge I need on what to eat and how to train efficiently and safely, my confidence has increased loads and I can now go to the gym by myself with no worries or concerns, Id definitely recommend Michael to anyone whos looking to start out, hes massively helped me change my bad habits into a new healthy lifestyle.

Ive been training with Michael as a part of a joint PT class and group conditioning boot camp. Hes great at his job and keeps you on your toes. The sessions are varied and challenging and always keep focused to your short and longer term goals. Top bloke, good training environment and something Id definitely recommend if youre looking to focus on your strength and fitness goals

Ive been training with Michael now for 3 years. First in paired PT, then on my own and now as part of Group Conditioning. Ive never stuck at anything exercise related for that long, ever! The main thing that has kept me going is Michaels ability to constantly deliver variety through the workouts as well as his unwavering optimism. Hes very flexible in his approach, ensuring clients can keep training no matter what life throws at them. Ive already encouraged friends and colleagues to train with Michael and theyve become some of his regular clients. And I wont stop recommending ME Fitness!

I've been doing online boot camp with ME Fitness for a couple of weeks now and I am really enjoying it. I tried working out on my own during lockdown but felt like I needed the comraderie of a class to add to this to keep my motivation going. Michael's classes have been great. We use Zoom and he keeps an eye on our form. The programming is varied and challenging, and if there are things you can't do you can adapt them. Really recommended.
