        My sister and I had an absolutely great time doing the 7 Bridges Tyne Kayak tour. The guide Simon was friendly and helpful, and he never made a newbie like me feel silly or out of place. The history of the river was very interesting. I'll definitely be considering booking another of their events in the future.

        What a brilliant way to start the day. A group of us had our first sea dip of the year and then enjoyed 30mins in the sauna. Weve already booked up to do it all again.
