I have recently finished my treatement with this practice to which I am more than happy with my result. My teeth are straight and feel more confident thanks to Erik and his team! started going here when i was 11, there was multiple people in the room at the same time, lots of different dentists just walking up and prodding at you, cramped waiting room often running late. no preparation for how painful the treatment would be, gave me a retainer for the first time and didnt see me again for 3 months. as soon as the pandemic started i never heard from them again.

I first came to this Orthodontics about 6 years ago when I decided to get braces, the staff were extremely kind and the service they provided was immaculate. My teeth have been perfect for that past 6 years thanks to the bonded retainer that the had given me. Very recently however, due to my own fault, I broke off part of the wire bonded to my bottom teeth and quickly reached out to Osborne Orthodontics. They were extremely swift in their response and the simplicity in setting up an appointment eased my stress regarding my problem. As I expected from our brief contact, when I arrived for my appointment the staff were just as kind and reassuring as they were 6 years ago. I was seen to on time and they made every effort to make sure I was comfortable, my nerves were honestly a bit high going in but they were quickly dispersed. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that needs such services, I feel very strongly that it is one of the best in the business!

My two daughters have been seen at Osborne Orthodontics and we have always received excellent service and care. At each appointment Erik and team members spend time explaining the treatment and answering any questions to make sure the children understand the process, and that they are happy and comfortable.
