        Went to Specsavers? Should have gone here! Several years ago I had a bad experience at Specsavers and decided to try Optica (this branch has moved to Forest Hall now). I've had several pairs of glasses from them over the years and always had good service from the friendly staff. On my latest visit they seem to have new/upgraded equipment which is great. Never had a problem with my specs from them, recommended.

        I got an eye test then went to collect my glasses and they had moved to forest hall !! I phoned them to say I would collect and when I went Saturday afternoon they were closed...never heard from them again

        Avoid, if you can. Outdated eye testing equipment (looks like it's from the 1970s). Dark and cold examination room. You can't have a copy of the eye test results, forcing you to either get new glasses from this clinic, or you have to pay for a new eye test elsewhere. Staff is moderately helpful. Eye test costs 25.

        Got new glasses in june I told him I couldn't see out of left eye he say no you have to get used to them since then I been back and forward like a yoyo no joy so I will have to go elsewhere as he won't fix the left lens I do NOT recommend.
