        Greeted as soon as i walked in , which was nice , optician explained the process to me throughout, all questions and concerns answered and expalined in full. Was not rushed, and my concerns were treated with the upmost respect. Thank you

        Very helpful and friendly staff. Went for a eye test today. Optician talked me through the whole procedure and told me about the condition of my eyes. New glasses ordered and will have them in 2 weeks
