        Excellent service and value for money and great staff very helpful and friendly

        Went for my eye test and found the pre tests and eye tests were done very professionally and were both friendly and very helpful in all areas. When I collected my new varifocal glass , I found this to be a let down as my glasses were not fitted to my personal settings, as in height of the lense for distance and close work. This is the second time this has happened.

        Went in for an eye test today and have to say the staff and service was absolutely excellent. Was greeted immediately as I entered and was quickly taken for my OCT scan despite being early. Was quick and easy and was moved upstairs where I waited a few mins for my eye test. All staff that past me said hello or smiled and the actual eye test was done professionally and explained well through each step. Thanks for a great service
