My relative was severely neglected here, she was submitted to the ferns as a respite due to a broken arm and yet she is now worse than when she arrived. She now has 'ungradeable' bed sores due to not being moved from her bed over a signifcant amount of time, because of this she is now in a great deal of pain. Her nurse advised they were the worst bed sores she had seen in her 24 year career. Her room was dirty & rarely cleaned. The staff also canceled my relatives important hospital app even though we had stressed the importance of it. Overall very poor experience, the ferns caused a great deal of stress to my relative & family. I am glad she is now in another carehome.

My mam is currently staying here and the service she receives is really good.the staff here are so friendly and helpful and do a great job.she has improved a lot since arriving nine months ago..

It is a pleasure to work for the management and the changes he has made in just 3 month alone is outstanding. I am looking forward to the up coming events the home has organised.
