        I went for a massage from Helen. I suffer from problems with my back and neck. I've been going for a number of years and always leave feeling better. She uses very high quality oils and offers a number of other treatments. It's great value for money for an hour's sport massage!

        Nails just weren't lasting even after a couple of days they were lifting, I suspect because the gel had been applied far too thick. My cuticles were also cut from the nail file on more than one nail which was very sore and I'm certain that's not supposed to happen
