I have never been to a more rude place in my life. The staff were so abrasive and didnt make eye contact when speaking to you. I waited over 1 and a half hours to be seen after being told it would be 20 minute wait. My nails were destroyed after being attacked by the files. The only bonus was the two lovely girls doing my gels Abbie and Erin were so lovely and polite and made me feel so comfortable they are talented girls and my designs were amazing. Wont be coming back here again which is a shame because the girls doing the polishes were amazing. Shame about the owners attitude! Came in last week for a set of gels. Was left standing at the door for 15 minutes. No one seemed bothered to serve me. All staff (minus a young girl called abbie) Were rude and very bossy towards other staff. Seemed very unprofessional. Abbie made me feel welcome and at ease and the design she done was amazing. Only be coming back if Abbie was to do my nails! Service: Nail designs
