Joe was exceptional, he was very flexible and answered any questions or concerns I had very quickly. I have already recommended him to a few friends and family so if you get the chance I would recommend you ask for him. As a first time buyer, Joe Lamb made the process very easy. With the current interest rate issues, Joe helped us get a very competitive mortgage deal. At one point I questioned if Joe ever had time off as he was available 24/7 - not any contact was a bother and he was forever helpful. We first used Silvergate in 2019. Joe was fantastic worked so hard to get us a good mortgage deal. He was brilliant at keeping us updated with the progress of everything. We have just bought a new home and Joe has done another brilliant job at getting us another good mortgage deal. He always goes above and beyond Thanks again Joe and Silvergate we will be back again.
