The guy on the phone made me feel absolutely nervous paying over the phone with my Visa card, he seemed more interested in getting a sale then about me, when I said I didn't feel right paying over the phone he got funny with me and made some sarcastic comments, I just hung up on him, maybe he needs to lurn about people skills before working with the public because if you want to make a sale don't make your customers feel uncomfortable on the phone. Update After speaking to a lovely lady on the phone I told her what had happened and she was so apologetic to me, she went out of her way to make me feel safe and arranged to come to my house and do the payment where I felt more at ease Thank you so much, I received my eagle mobility scooter soon after. my paym

If I could leave no stars I would. Sold my disabled mum an electric chair at her house. Chair was not suitable causing back pain after 1 day. charged her 140 on top of call out charge to return it. Said they already had another buyer also so they would not have lost any money, so why add this massive charge! Complete soulless money hungry con man. Avoid this place as there are much better shops around. Wish Id read similar reviews before using this shop.

Hired an auto folding mobility scooter for the week but it broke down after 2 days which spoilt my holiday. Obviously because of where we were the shop staff were unable to help much but id try. can't blame them so it is what it is. Very apologetic on our return and did offer a refund or discount should we decide to hire again. If I do hire again it would have to be a manual folding scooter as it was the auto fold that failed.
