All the staff at CareCo Newcastle were friendly, however, Dawn went above and beyond in providing a very professional and excellent service. The advice and explanations were very helpful and Dawn did everything to take the time to answer all my questions. I had done my research before going to CareCo and found them to offer real value for money as well as an excellent service. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with mobility issues. Thank you CareCo and Dawn.

Tina showed humour and compassion when dealing with my youthful, but 80+ year old mother. I have no problem in recommending both Tina personally and CareCo in Blaydon. If youre in a position like me and have an elderly relative in need of a Riser/Recliner, Id pop in and speak to Tina first.

I was looking for a travel wheelchair and was impressed by the number there to choose from, Lisa was very helpful and explained the pros and cons for different models. She then left me and my husband alone to discuss and try different wheelchairs. We settled on a G-Lite Pro Transit and a Hika Travel Bag which were ordered for home delivery, they arrived 3 days later by courier. A hard and difficult experience for myself was made pleasant by Lisa at Careco.
