I found this company via EBay after all our local fabricators let us down and could not be bothered to give us a quotation when we enquired about buying a bespoke front garden gate. From first contact to receiving the bespoke handmade gate, this company was professional, friendly, provided great communication throughout the ordering / purchasing and after sales processes and come through with a really nice product just 3 weeks after placing the order. It was such a pleasure to buy from a company that didnt just take the money and run as so many seem to do in our current climate. We provided them with our measurements and they fabricated the gate, it is spot on it fits perfectly. Coming primed all we had to do was give the gate a couple of coats of a good quality finishing paint and then hang it using the brackets & latch provided (all within the cost price). I wouldnt normally bother to write reviews, as so many companys nowadays leave you with a bad experience but this company deserves a positive written review based upon our experience because they did what they promised and provided us with a well made, bespoke fitting, strong heavy gate. Well done to the Wrought Iron Shop for your excellent services and a big thank you to all involved in fabricating our gate. The wrought iron gate was ordered over the phone and emails. Janice was very helpful throughout. Gate arrived on time and very well packed. We are impressed with the quality, price and service. I highly recommend this company. Very pleased with everything.

We needed a new Iron gate for the side entry to our home as our old wooden one had rotted to bits. We found Wrought Iron Shop on the internet and glad we did! From the lady on the phone answering all our questions and helping us to measure for our new gate, to discussing our options regarding styles and finishes the whole process was effortless. We also found it very easy to install our gate once it was delivered and it was great to know if we needed any help they were just a phone call away. To sum up great price, excellent customer service and speedy delivery times!
