We ordered sliding doors and windows 18 months ago and have had issues with them which they eventually came to fix. Sadly 18 months on & the draft excluder brush has come out of the bottom of the door - getting anyone to reply to emails has been a nightmare and then finally I get an email saying minimum 350 call out, labour(+vat & parts) to fix the problem. Would not recommend this company - customer service is dire (& expensive)

This company really needs to consider who they allow to drive vehicles with their details loudly displayed on the back. In my opinion (and in most people with a shred of common sense and decency's) if a driver cannot safely pass a cyclist without being a serious danger to life they aren't fit to hold a license, let alone operate a vehicle with their employer's/company's details on the back for all to see. Abysmal attitude to road safety.
