Appointment 10.10, I arrived 15 minutes early, 20 people in the queue outside, all with appointments. It took 45 minutes to get to the front of the queue. Once inside and registered it took another 20 minutes waiting to be vaccinated. Then had to wait another 15 minutes required to ensure no immediate side effects. Why so long?
