I have been getting these meals for several weeks now to help with losing weight for my medical its been a god send,can track all my calories in 4 weeks gone from 110kg to 103kg and to top it off they taste great hats off to the chef.

I have been using Spoonhead head for over 2 years now and I must say you cant fault them. Every meal I have had has been amazing! The staff are amazing too and will go out there way to make sure you get your delivery on the drop days. The meals are all well balanced especially for dieting purposes and tracking a calorie intake diet. We are a large family and too be honest with work commitments I find it a lot easier and cost effective to buy a large plan and me and my wife share it, perfect! I have tried similar companies in the past but Spoonhead are far the better than the rest in Newcastle area. Big thanks guys and keep them coming! Steven

Really enjoying the convenience of these nutritionally balanced meals . I be been using company for past 2 months and variety is good Ive only had one or two options in that entire time that I havent really enjoyed , they were not bad just not as nice as others. At around 400 calories a meal I worried they wouldnt be filling but havent found that to be the case. As a shift worker the fact theyll delivery to either home or work is really helpful.
