I recently had a fantastic experience at this Mazda dealership. I had a factory recall and experienced a premium service, taking care of the recall as well as offering to sort an issue with folding wing mirrors. Communications throughout visit was excellent with flexible convenient drop off/ collection. Such excellent customer service from Kim, walking me to and from car ensuring that I was happy with work carried out. Absolutely brilliant service and customer service. Kim is a brilliant ambassador for Stoneacre Mazda as well as a friendly and utterly professional service advisor. Thank again!

DO NOT BUY this company Silverlink knowingly sold me a car that was covered and clogged up in carbon all over the cars sensors. The previous owner had hidden a note in the MOT book with all his complaints about this problem. Stoneacre refused to fix the problem, so he sold the car back to them and they just sold the car on without fixing it. My 6 and 8-year-old children were in the back of the car at 70 miles an hour when suddenly the engine stalls to 35/ 40mph on a motorway and a car nearly smashed into the back of us and would of spun us off the road. I complained to Stoneacre and they promised me they would take my car and strip it, clean all the sensors of carbon but they lied. They basically used a solution to clean out the carbon (a little) to get me out my warranty now I need to go through the ombudsman. This company has no regard for the safety of you or your children please do not use them
