Ive being coming to Jeffs class for just under a year now and can honestly say I thoroughly enjoy every minute of it. Not only is Jeff a great, patient and knowledgeable instructor, but my classmates are all welcoming, friendly and generally very good company. The classes can be physically demanding, and you can leave quite worn out, which is surely exactly what you want from classes such as these? So, if you want to do some exercise, do something a bit different and boost your own confidence, then I would recommend this class.

Been coming to krav maga newcastle for 7 month jeff is a fantastic instructor his classes have helped with physical and mental strengh if you are unsure of anything he will put you at ease from the moment you walk through the door everyone is made to feel welcome

Such a great place to learn, train and have fun with a fantastic group of people, Krav Maga Newcastle really is one of the best things I have ever decided to. A very welcoming group and first class instruction.
