        Where do I start! We will not be using this company again. Poor customer service, expensive, sample they claimed they sent never arrived, poor communication except when they were hounding us for an order. No confirmation of order or shipping details. Overall a bad experience

        Late Friday afternoon we discovered we needed some tape for an installation we were carrying out the following Monday morning, without the tape we would have been stuck,10 minutes on the phone to a very helpful member of staff "Matthew", not only identified the product we needed but also had shipping arranged for AM delivery Saturday morning, absolutely fantastic service, thank you very much.

        Beware! My company used the strongest adhesive glue they recomended and had almost every product fail, costing us 10'000's in replacements and a large insurance claim. Trier products are simply not adequate for use and should not be trusted. Stay well away!
