When we decided we wanted to outsource our order fulfilment we looked at many potential suppliers of this service. We were surprised how disinterested and blaze some companies were and how expensive others were. We wanted a reasonably priced, pro active, can do supplier that was receptive and understanding of the fact that the occasional problem could happen which would require a degree of flexibility to deal with. Alpaca Parcels was our choice and we have never looked back. Always cheerful and helpful when we have need to contact them they are extremely hardworking and efficient and after using their services for over 18 months I can only say we will be staying with them indefinitely!!
