        Got a watch battery changed. Excellent service; gentleman also fixed my watch bracelet free of charge and refused a tip. The last battery I had from Timpsons lasted a while so I bought the free for life version - theyll replace the battery for free for ever.

        I was served by a lovely gentleman called Ian, who I think is the manager of the shop. He completed by shoe repairs quicker than expected and was so kind when my card declined (due to locked PIN) and could see I'd had a nightmare day! He obviously has pride in his shop and values his customers. I'll definitely be back here for shoe repairs or any key cutting I need doing - thank you Ian!!
