Excellent service. John turned up at the time agreed (on Easter Sunday!). He had to replace the lock as it was beyond repair, fitting a high security replacement. He cleaned up the workspace when he finished and gave us advice on care and maintenance. Very good value, quick and courteous service from an ex-serviceman. Highly recommended

John attended after a quick phone call, with no call out fee. John then quickly gained access to my shed easily and showed me how the issue had arisen. Brilliant service, and would use again if we have any other issues elsewhere.

John responded promptly to my phone call for help when I was unable to lock my front door. He was able to order the part required and it was fitted the next day for a fixed price agreed in an advance. I highly recommend John to anyone.
