My last experience with the dealership was really good from last year thats why I decided to book another full service with them this year , however I couldnt rate any lower for this years experience in Lexus Newcastle . I tried to ring the service department since first week of March to book a service appointment while they dont have any appointments available with courtesy car until 17th April. I dont mind to wait , so I booked my appointment in. We had a phone call on 13th March to confirm the appointment and the staff sold their MOT Service to me as well. I was shocked that my appointment has been cancelled without notice when I called them this morning ! While my husband was half away from Durham to the dealership in Newcastle for the service already ! This is extremely unprofessional and they didnt apologise to me at all. The staff I spoke to today said to me, based on their record I cancelled my appointment on 13th March which is ridiculous! I confirmed my appointment on the phone call and I even purchased the MOT service they were trying to sell over the phone on 13th March! This is just a ridiculous experience with Lexus Newcastle , hope the manager there can have a review of your customer service soon. I wish I have another dealership to choose from honestly . Very disappointed.

New car delivered on Saturday afternoon. Spectacular handover. You may say, so it should be when you spend a large sum of money on a new car, but the whole process is geared up to customer satisfaction, professionalism and personal service. The service matches the amazing quality of the product and one very satisfied customer

From the moment we were greeted at reception. The guys at Lexus Newcastle have been superb. Very pleasant sales techniques make you feel comfortable and it was an easy decision to make when ordering my new car. Yesterday, I picked up my new RX and I have to say my experience on the day was exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend Lexus Newcastle and a big thanks to David and Damien.
