        Asked to write a will for my 90 yr old uncle, was trying to force him to name them as executor of the will but my uncle refused. When the will arrived they had named themselves trustee and had put in the will that a tenant of my uncle could live in her property rent free until she died, then ownership of the property would revert back to the trustee, not to the family member my uncle asked to be named as beneficiary (which isnt me). VERY UNDERHANDED! NOT TO BE TRUSTED! This will WONT be signed!
