        In August 2019 I wished to apply for a power of attorney. As I am elderly and in poor health I decided the safest and easiest way was to use a solicitor, however due to a stupid clerical error made by the solicitor I am still waiting almost 12 months later. To add salt to the wound the experience has cost me 82.00 legal fee and 540.00. to the solicitor.
