What a great experience from start to finish. I was let down massively by another solicitor a few doors down from them. It was a HTB remortgage and Carole and Leia knew exactly what to do. I wasn't left with much time as the mortage offer was due to expire, the previous cowboy solicitors messing me about made it a tight deadline. This could have cost me thousands as I got the offer before interests rates went up. Carole listened to my concerns and assured me she knew the process and she could achieve the timescale. Great communication throughout and Leia was very polite. I'll be back in 5 years when I buy HTB out. Don't retire until then Carole haha.

Never again will I go with or recommend this firm, pay them todo things that never get done information been withheld should have knew from the get go the was bad new...
