Stroud Colette

This solicitor was in opposition to mine during my separation. The family friendly solicitor managed to turn a relatively amicable divorce into an all out war. Collette Stroud Law did not practice any collaborative methods, made no attempt to negotiate, is consistently inflaming with poorly written letters, is consistently inaccurate and most of all is incapable of placing a familys needs first, or indeed capable of understanding a young familys needs. Colette Strouds involvement has been at severe detriment to my children and their mental health. If you want a separation to end in chaos, appoint this law firm (1 person and a shared office). If you want to put your family first, appoint somebody else. No doubt the firm will use all their power to remove bad reviews as they always do!

I received a very very poor service. Negative reviews seem to disappear which defeats the purpose of freedom to speak. Had I known of the reviews I would have invested my money elsewhere. Which is exactly why they are being removed, but that doesn't help me make an informed choice. There are many good solicitors out there.

Very friendly and helpful. Had to get some documents certified as true copy and Colette helped us with it. Would highly recommend.

I can't think of anyone better to have on your side if you're going through a separation. Colette is very supportive and instills confidence. She is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and professional. Her advice is always very clear and I can see why her strap-line is 'Helping you decide what happens next'. I can't write a review without mentioning Daisy her Border Terrier - a perfect team! I would highly recommend Colette Stroud for Family Law if you live in the Newcastle Area.
