I have recently used the services of the Tynemouth office. I strongly suggest if anyone in the area is thinking of a local solicitor pick up the phone or pop in to their office. Its certainly easier than traveling to Newcastle. The staff are warm and friendly but most important very efficient. I would certainly use their services again.

Our old family solicitors became part of BHP law and on the death of my mum, I was a bit worried that we would have lost the personal touch. However, from the initial scary phone call to notify them of my mums death through to the successful conclusion of dealing with mums estate, BHP law personnel were wonderfully professional and competent as well as supportive and friendly. They dealt with all our questions and went the extra mile when dealing with a sister who struggled to let go of everything. They were compassionate, supportive and fair through all the subsequent difficulties. A family tragedy towards the end of the process meant further support and work which they gave fully. If you are looking for a local, friendly and professional firm to deal compassionately with your families wills then I would recommend them without reservation.
