        The most unresponsive and unprofessional Law firm I have ever dealt with. To be told to find another solicitor after an official complaint was submitted instead of dealing with the matter in-house. Customer care and quality of service clearly means nothing. Equality and Diversity also means nothing, the expectation is that all applications forms are standard and to be understood by all, not taking into account, some customers may have learning difficulties and could need additional support which by the way is only available after days of emailing. Furthermore, it is also impossible to speak to a human being by dialing their contact number. The worst example of customer service I have ever experienced.
