****AVOID**** Christine Blenkinsop discusses in detail (on their website) on how she "Thrives on good practice, dedicated to communication and works well with Estate Agents" Our personal experience hasn't been that, very limited communication, doesn't take telephone calls, doesn't work Wednesdays and if youre lucky to receive an email with any update its very limited, non-constructive and leaves all involved extremely frustrated. After a week of no communication having chased several times, left on hold and to be told by her support staff they have other work to do and wont take my call, they take my frustration as aggressive! I reached out to the Director of the company Philip Walker to see if he could escalate the issue and have a progress update to settle my buyers frustration (I did say if he was unable to then perhaps I should express my disappointment on Google with a review) I was threatened with the following: Please ensure you have adequate indemnity insurance in place before leaving any defamatory reviews All I have asked for is a progress report to provide to my buyer, is that really too much to ask for?

I can not praise this company enough.
