Expert advice and support is given by staff who have a wide expertise, and are keen to help customers with their projects, however big or small. The owner often demonstrates techniques when customers are unsure. A real gem of a wool shop which is always a pleasure to visit! A role model for all wool shops! Long may it remain in Whitley Bay!

        Shop is gorgeous, wools are amazing, staff is less than helpful unless you are a regular. I've been twice now, and won't be back again.
