North East Wado Ryu is an excellent Karate club! If you want to learn self defence in its traditional form, come along and see what the club has to offer. Karate training can be hard work but once you get into the swing of it, the mental and physical benefits are amazing. If you want to train with a group of people who are friendly, helpful, inclusive and encouraging, come and say hello :)
