I have loved Tutti for years . Their jewellery is beautiful and unusual , and last and lasts without tarnishing . Their online service is amazing , everything is beautifully packaged with the personal touch . If you have patience you can wait for the sale and theres great bargains to be had. I love its a local Company but I can get the jewellery in John Lewis and Fenwick . I just want it all !

Poor service ordered 1 week ago extortionate postage costs and still no confirmation of despatch. E mail to the company no response . This site would not allow me to give a no star rating would no rate this company at all

This is a fair review of my recent and only experience of this company. I placed an order on being advised that facemasks would arrive on 2nd June, I was asked to pay in advance of the order being received or sighted, and on this basis I paid in full. The masks were delayed and I was told on 1st June that Tutti & Co were unsure when they would be received due to the current situation. I was sent a small part of my order on 5th June and was told the remainder would be with me by 17th June. When i received no further update I again reached out to ask where the remainder of the order was. Finally received the remaining items on 29th June almost 4 weeks after they were due and promised. As a small business owner with a customer service record to uphold I had 4 disgruntled customers to explain the delays and at my own cost (as Tutti & Co did not offer any recompense) offer a free gift to each customer. Whilst Covid-19 has disrupted so many business' in the early months I have not experienced this level of disruption in more recent months and in fact other suppliers have delivered items on or ahead of time. We are all struggling and I'm all about supporting each other during this difficult time for all small business'. It's more crucial than ever to buy from suppliers who will deliver on their promises both for retailers and wholesalers. Regretfully I will be unable to risk placing future orders with Tutti & Co, I wish them luck and hope that their choice of suppliers delivers on their promises in the future or that they choose to manufacture here in the UK. I have provided 2 stars and I think that this is more than a fair representation of my experience. I welcome any comments or additions from Tutti. Regards, Shelagh

This is a fair review of my recent and only experience of this company.
I placed an order on being advised that facemasks would arrive on 2nd June, I was asked to pay in advance of the order being received or sighted, and on this basis I paid in full.
