Id like to thank Paul and the Chat Heroes team, initially for their patience and excellent support weve received over a number of weeks while setting up the Live chat facility with one of our clients. And secondly to highlight the performance of Chat Heroes once implemented. Within the first 24 hours of going live, our client already had a number of good leads and that trend has continued through their first week. The number of live chats already out numbers enquiries from the traditional contact form and phone calls and well be fully recommending that our client invests in Chat Heroes moving forward, and will have no hesitation in promoting their service to our other clients.

We have been using Chat Heroes for 9 months now and find them excellent-very responsive and they seem to ask all the right questions from the script that we have provided. I would thoroughly recommend them. We are in the process of updating another one of our websites and when ready we will be adding the Chat feature to that as well.

Medical Solicitors couldn't be happier with Chat Heroes. No other provider I talked to, and I talked to a few, were offering a 30 day trial period to assess an individual firm's needs. The charges are highly reasonable. We would have ended up placed into an automatic minimum bracket with another firm and the charges would have been much higher. I've been very happy with the ease with which arrangements were made to start the 30 day trial and I'll certainly be carrying on with Chat Heroes. Although it's clear our website, to date, doesn't have an awful lot of web chat requirements, the web chats that have occurred have been extremely worthwhile, with a good conversion into sales. The updates on web chat provided are very good and communication generally. Going with this level of service is a no-brainer!
