        I paid for mobile phone insurance and when I came to make a claim they ducked and dived, ignored my emails, and made me jump through hoops even Apple couldnt understand!!! This is the worst company Ive dealt with. After three months of fighting to no avail, I got my phone repaired, privately, at my own expense!!! I even had to threaten with the financial ombudsman to get a response!!! I can only assume the positive feedback below are due to not having had to make a claim! Good luck when they need to! An insurance company is only as good as when they pay out! Avoid at all costs!
