        If I could leave these COWBOYS NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!! boiler broke left 2 days without heating/hot water!! Rang serval times out of hours as it was over the weekend talked to nearly everyone I'm Scotland as that's where the out of hours service is stationed at! All said the same thing "sorry" "my apologies" blah blah blah not one person came not one person rang me!!! My 2 bairns are sick!!!! STREP A IS KILLING CHILDREN AND MY BAIRNS ARE SICK!!!! My bairns autistic/non verbal!! Getting him ready is a task in it self so I've struggled getting extra clothing om my son as he has sensory issues! SHAME ON YOU!!! LEAVING US TO FREEZE ITS -2!!!

        These are the worst home provider I've came across, kath glen , Carol moir and Laurie Edmondson fill u with lies as long as there getting the rent, got keys on 6th Sept, its now December and still ant live in property throught insane neighbour next door, karbon turning a blind eye , having to stay with friends, wish I cud leave no stars, totally disgusting the way I've been treated from day 1, reporting them to the landlords ombudsman, shame on you karbon.
