For the third time in 7 years the cupboard in my Mams bathroom has flooded. Shes 76 and disabled so therefore vulnerable! I was told that as it is out of hours a plumber would be contacted and if he deemed it as not an emergency it would be rechargeable. After about 2 hours I had to call back to ask what was happening, I was on hold 50mins before speaking to someone. When I did get through I mentioned my mams vulnerability and was told theyd basically made the call and done their bit. During this time however the plumber arrived and did a temporary repair with the complete repair expected on Monday when parts are more readily available. Id have given a higher rating if it was to rate the repair company but the handling of the repair was a joke!

Lived under the e rules for 18 months. Spineless they let some get away with murder. They break every rule possible. When you complain its you who suffers. Make sure you do you home work before taking up with them. Otherwise you will regret it...... We did
