        If you come to Newcastle this hotel is a bit far from the city centre, it wasn't our case and we're happy with the situation and also the manager was at the entrance helping customers to the respective bedroom and giving advice if needed. The room and bathroom have a really good size, clean and really good decorations and furniture. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and was served downstairs with a big choice of all kinds. The parking spaces aren't enough but it is plenty outside. The iron it looks it is not working but otherwise, everything was clean.
