Big let down. Rooms not as expected/pictured. Definitely needs complete revamp. The shower in the room was a corner with limited door opening access. The controls for the temperature were very hard to control and I ended up scalding the top half of my body and thighs. I couldn't turn it off or colder and struggled to get out of the shower. I did inform front desk but received a feeble apology and nothing more. Not at all limited mobility friendly. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good.

Should be rated as a 1 star. Not sure how trading standards allows this to be open. Its badly laid out and the walls are so thin you can hear everything at night. I mean everything little thing. We had the worse experience here and even telling staff no one gave us a refund. If you want to stick to 3 star do what 3 star hotels do? They refund you every penny if unhappy. We were supposed to check out at 11am. We checked out at 5am. Management need to take responsibility. Owners invest your money elsewhere. Never again.
