We booked for 3 nights, and on arrival, we were told that the lounge area and the bar areas were not in being used as both being renovated.
The bedroom was very dated, and needed an update. The bathroom needed money spent on it. There was Black mould around the shower area inside the shower area, see photos.
The bedroom carpet had been pieced together (see photos).
On booking, we should have been told that the lounge area and bar wasn't being used. NO offer of reduction.
The staff who we did see (wasn't many) were very helpful and friendly.
