        It's not your average newbuild estate. Big houses. Big gardens. Big ideas. It's surrounded, and intertwined by a nature walk, crossing bridges, and darting through trees. Each section of the site is easily navigable, and separated by wide, tree-lined avenues, running over gentle slopes, so the houses don't sit over one another. It's right next to the top ranked school in Newcastle, and only a short walk from a superb nursery, a fantastic chippy, a beautiful bistro, and some fantastic pubs. The brand new sports pavilion has just opened next door, and can be reached from the estate via the nature walk. This is how newbuilds should be done.
