Walked off this site after an hour of looking around and went elsewhere. It's a small site with small vans and very little appeal. We had a family member with COPD and had emailed about this when we booked 12months prior - turned up and was told the van we were told would be allocated was no longer there and we were to be in a different one with no consideration of walking distance to clubhouse, tiny clubhouse is upstairs - again a challenge for someone with COPD, arcade had no 10p cash slot machines, just a couple of cr*ppy ticket dispenser ones so nothing for adults to play whilst kids game. Restaurant asking 15.49 for an adult burger, and many cheap spaghetti or noodle dishes priced high, and so many other guests walking round unhappy and complaining - just made for a disappointing environment noone wanted to stay in. Desk manager unconcerned, palmed us off onto live chat only for the online chat person to come back from talking with them to argue about every concern or issue we raised! I don't take well to being told what's just been said incorrect and what i see before me is untrue. How did we have prior knowledge of a van number and row location if Parkdean hadn't issued it "we don't allocate like that and noone would have given you a placement" hmmm right-o. Definately one of Parkdeans smallest, cr*ppiest sites. I hate to think how crammed that clubhouse gets right in the middle of peak season. Glad i won't return here to find out. What sort of customer service argues back, and behind your back too!
