        Thank you Hedda and Adam! Couldn't recommend them highly enough. From not being able to finish a shift at work without being in tears to completing the couch to 5k challenge! I would never have thought that would be possible. 10 weeks of hard work and determination to a life I could only dream of!

        I made a full recovery after a 8 week programme with Adam/the fibro guy. After beeing bedbound for almost a decade, nothing worked and i had given up hope. I found Adam and saw all of his fantastic results and I knew i had to try. It was the best choice Ive made in years. He truly knows what he is doing and I can say hand on heart the programme gave me my life back! Would recommend to everyone who has pain, no matter cause.
